Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Noha Ventures S.L. collects when you use nohaventures.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect and why
When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, email, WhatsApp number, country of residence, villa preference, budget, timeline, payment preference, preferred contact channel, and any message you write. We use this to answer your enquiry, prepare an investor deck and, if you proceed, to open your PT PMA and villa purchase file. When you accept advertising cookies, we also store the Google Click ID (gclid) and UTM parameters that brought you to the site so we can measure which campaigns generate real buyers.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for the enquiry form and for optional cookies, and on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for essential site operation and fraud protection.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are stored in our sales CRM for up to 24 months after last contact, then deleted or anonymised. Consent choices are stored for 6 months, after which the banner asks you again. Analytics data is aggregated after 14 months.
Who we share it with
We use Resend to send transactional email, Notion to store CRM records, Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam, and (with your consent) Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure marketing. These processors act on our instructions and are bound by data-processing agreements. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing at any time. Write to info@nohaventures.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be signposted on the homepage for at least 30 days.
